Hi!
My name is Emma and I’m a multi strategy property investor, landlord, digital marketer and lover of pubs, property and dogs/people!
My scrappy 2013 self gave myself a year to find my way in property investing and replace my corporate marketing salary. It resulted in me doing 100’s of property deals in every way possible 😂 Supported by my personality type, fuelled by my background in marketing, working with the limited resources but immense optimism and grit I had, I jumped in feet first and made it work.
Today I own two pubs and 28 units myself, I’m still buying and working with other investors on creative deals and ALWAYS have some off market gems for them up my sleeve 😂 I now help others do the same as I did, to find their unique property investing system based on their personality, resources, skills and mindset. I find that some subconscious rewiring is sometimes needed to unlock success, especially success in property 🙂
I also do some speaking, encouraging people to make property possible for themselves, a bit of guest podcasting, travelling and retreating too, but you’ll mostly find me at home in my slippers with the kettle on.. it’s all about balance right!
