I’m a full time property dealmaker and investor. But let’s face it, we all need some quirky strategies like these to keep the cash flowing. The cool thing is that anyone can do them. They not only keep me on top of the market and connecting constantly with buyers and sellers, but they also put me in a position so that I can make money from deals that don’t suit me as an investor. Here are 3 that I’m doing at the moment that have turned into efficient pandemic strategies!

#3 Auction liaison or Option to Auction
What I love about these 3 money-making strategies is that I can pick them up when the deal or the market demands it and if I need time to spend on a huge project or in other areas of my business, I can park them or outsource them.
I also have an amazing estate agent that works for me that takes care of ALL the buyer liaison. So I can then concentrate on the bits that bring me enjoyment and that I’m good at, which is the dealmaking and finding the win-win 🙂
